A high-class menu served by a team of cooks and the chef – is a blend of class, poetic serving aesthetics and a fanciful combination of tastes. The menu alludes to the traditions linked to the seasonal availability of products. Sophisticated dishes of modern Polish cuisine – and not only – are prepared from top quality products supplied by carefully selected producers and farmers, from both forest and fields, as well as agricultural produce. The menu also includes dishes created from dry-aged Polish beef and game. The dishes served at Salina Restaurant are full of taste, yet are light and sophisticated. We are always faithful to the chef’s philosophy aimed at blending the individual approach to ingredients’ selection with his unique passion for cooking. Climate

Salina Restaurant is located in the Bocheńska Gallery in the heart of Bochnia. The extraordinary atmosphere of our restaurant features its location in the historic nineteenth-century townhouse and refined design of our interiors. Slightly industrial equipment, bar with crystals made of Bochnia salt and a fireplace create a unique atmosphere.
In Salina Restaurant you will find delicious dishes and inspiring surroundings. The moments of culinary pleasures will be more pleasant thanks to professional service and casual atmosphere of the place. Our goal is to create a restaurant where each encounter will be unique.
